A very substantial brick L-shaped farmhouse, listed as 17^th-19^th century but retaining plenty of internal evidence of earlier timber framing, panelling, and a Tudor arch fireplace. The fireplaces are served by an external stack with three angled flues.

There are many outbuildings: the great barn ( see separate report), stables, three timber-framed granaries on staddle stones, a cart shed, a wash and general utility building.
